Shipping policy

All custom items are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing & Shipping Times:

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Processing time + shipping time

Tracking & Delivery:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
